I visited Dawns studio in January and it was a great experience! Dawn has a great range of dresses and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive. What made this experience so memorable was the extra mile Dawn was willing to go. An example of this was that she allowed me to call back later in the evening (without an appt) to re-try on a dress I was in two minds about as I was heading back to the UK the following day. I didn’t end up finding my dress here but it wasn’t from the lack of styles Dawn had on offer. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and must give credit where credit is due! Lamelia Bridal was the most enjoyable dress experience I have had. The studio has the most stunning view across the hills of Sligo and the dresses are in fantastic condition. Dawn is extremely welcoming and her choice of dresses are beautiful yet modern. I’d highly recommend a visit to any bride to be.

Had the pleasure of buying my wedding dress from Dawn. What a stunning place to try on dresses. Dawn is a breathe of fresh air to be around. She allows us to pick out styles you like and then you try them on. She has a huge selection of stunning dresses. She never pressures you into a dress or style & she even states that you may not find your dress with her and that’s fine. Luckily for me I did. As I’m small, it was difficult to find one that suited my shape but dawn rose to the challenge and I absolutely adored my wedding dress. She recommended Verona to do my alterations who was also amazing, so easy going and such a relaxed atmosphere. Dawn also texted me on Friday making sure I was okay as the government had put a ban on mass gatherings over 100 people and knew we were to be married on Saturday. Such a kind person to think of us & let us know she was thinking of us and if we needed her to help in anyway she would. This is what you get from shopping local, a service you would never get from big retailers. Huge thanks Dawn for all your amazing help xxx

Wow!!! My mum, sister and I had the most amazing experience at Lamelia Bridal studio whilst looking for my dream dress. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and special. We were greeted by a personalised welcome chalkboard, red carpet and a lovely smile from Dawn. We were then treated to tea, coffee and cake in the most beautiful and private bridal boutique room.
Dawn made me feel so at ease. She was extremely patient, kind and honest. Dawn was amazing at finding the dresses that would suit and flatter my body shape and helped me to find my dream dress. I couldn’t have wished for a more amazing and perfect day! Dawn was born to do this job! I absolutely LOVED my experience at Lamelia from the moment you drive in to the yard you just know you are getting the wow factor. Dawn is Very sweet and definitely knew her stuff! She did an awesome job listening to what I was looking for (even though I was undecided still) and put me in dresses that got better and better throughout the appointment.
The salon is just so beautifully stylish and the view from it is second to none. It was a wonderful and memorable first wedding dress shopping experience and Dawn didn’t stop there. Once I bought the dress she was there for advice when I need and made me feel a million dollars on my wedding day.

The best in the business!!! Dawn is so professional and so helpful. My bridesmaids, the two mothers and myself were treated like royalty when we visited Lamelia. Dawn couldn’t do enough for me especially when disaster hit and the dress I fell in love with wasn’t to be. My daughter and I spent a lovely afternoon with Dawn. She was very informative….gave lots of little tips which we would never have thought of and will be very helpful. And as for the sandwiches, little cakes etc and prosecco ….well just regret having had lunch first on the way there! I went to Sligo from Dublin to go to Lamelia and I am so delighted that I did. It is everything a bridal dress shopping experience should be and one I have not had anywhere else. Dawn made me feel incredibly comfortable in every dress I tried on, she made me feel great about my body shape even though I wasn’t happy with it. I cannot emphasise enough the wonderful experience both my cousin and I had at Lamelia Bridal Studio. Everything about this bridal studio is top notch. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the lovely owner Dawn and taken into the fabulous world of wedding dresses. The studio itself is gorgeous, and Dawn made us feel very comfortable at all times. The dress selection is fantastic, there is a gown style to fit every personality. Dawn made sure to make every visit very personal, and her attention to detail is wonderful. Aside from the stunning dresses there is also a unique variety of wedding vales and jewelery. Each piece is beautiful and individual. I will be recommending Lamelia Bridal Studio to anyone I know getting married as our experience exceeded and blew away any expectation we had.
